Shipping policy

US shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat $7 rate.

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from order date.

Expedited and overnight delivery

Available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated by carrier. Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed later or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

International shipping

Coming in 2026. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified when we expand outside the US.

Shipping from our partners

Because Soffion curates comfort foundations from trusted partner brands, your order may ship in more than one package, and items may arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment as it leaves.

Order tracking

Tracking links are sent to your email as soon as each package ships. If you don't see a confirmation email, check your spam folder, then email us at support@soffion.com and we'll resend it.

Delays

Postal carriers in the US occasionally experience delays during holiday seasons or weather events. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
